i have, she hasnt had it too long though, 3 months.
just found out, it is indeed the head gasket. it went 2 years prior too
they want £630 for it! haha they wont be seeing her business at that price lol

so she has wasted money on new tyres to now find out she need her head gasket done?
you need to have some serious words with her,she doesnt seem to listen to you.
head gasket parts and labour should be about £300 - £400. for the upper limit i would be wanting a new water pump fitted and radiator cleaned out at the very least.
is it worth doing this kind of work on this car? and as you say its happened before,so is the head maybe warped? another expense if it is....work permit granted!0
