Looks like usual Abbey FUBAR behaviour, applying foreign currency format to UK based transactions.
From the numbers actually presented (RATE 1.00/£, INTERNATIONAL USE FEE £0.00) you haven't lost (or gained) anything.Conjugating the verb 'to be":
