Restoring non-stick pans

Posted in Old Style but might get a better response here. Does anybody know if there's a way of restoring the non-stick Teflon coating on saucepans/frying pans or if there is any company specialising in this? I don't want to chuck out two old favourites where the coating is starting to wear off.

in order to coat a pan with teflon , firstly it needs to be carbide tungsten blasted, in order to produce a very rugged surface and then coated preferably with electrostatic equipment with powder teflon, then baked at around 380ª centigrade ( almost red hot).
no business for domestic users.
all the products advertised for home use, cannot reproduce the normal finish. all/most are clear, so any scratches will still be there after any coating is applied.
and they aint cheap either.Get some gorm.0 -

I'd remove all the coating and then use it as a normal pan!0
