After signing on fortnightly for 13 weeks i was told that i had to sign on weekly for 6 weeks. The 6 weeks of signing on weekly is nearly over and i still haven't found a job, so i was wondering what happens next? Do i go back to signing on fortnightly, continue signing weekly or do they make me take some course or something?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

I'm in the same position and have just been told to sign on fortnightly again. My time has changed slightly but thats all...unless they have some kind of shock in store for me when I turn up this week!

Any busking income over £5 will be deducted pound for pound.
  • i signed on for 6 months and they wanted me to sign weekly after 13 weeks, its just standard proceedure and then you should go back to signing fortnightly and they will give you loads of help to get back into fulltime work, with the help of jobclubs and booster sessions, good luck i have only just found work myself after being made redundant and it took a while but i got there in the end, and you will too.
