"Useless" NPower

Last month NP said they would reduce my electricity DD for £24 to £21.50 for all payments from 25th May. What have they done? Yes, you've guessed it, they took £24 today! What a useless company they are. I will tell them about it but I have already switched to BG Click Energy though energy helpline thank goodness.

    I was told that they need 14 working days to effect changes to DD's but of course if they are increasing your monthly amount, they lose out!

    Their letter was dated 11th May so they had sufficient time. If it had been an increase, I bet they would have taken it!
