My ISP (plus.net) has a tool on their web site to show how much of my monthly limit I've used so far. Have a look to see if yours has something similar.0

If you use Skype for a month you will use as much as half of one percent of one dodgy downloaded movie! 12 GIG is plenty, Skype will have no impact.0
