Thanks to pigpen for the lists - whether I manage them or not!!! And to soappie for standing in for me and doing a brilliant job last week xx

I am in and on a mission - its the bedroom this week - for 2 reasons.

So i will be doing my best to get to grips with it and ebaying.

:xmastree: Hello, its about time I learnt my manners and said hello :hello:

I started flying mid July after we moved home and I stopped having a cleaner ... it was a bit of a shock :eek:at first, but week by week, the list has made it just a bit easier :rolleyes:, most days I complete most of the levels ... even dh has stopped muttering about needing a cleaner ..

Since we are on the subject, losing the cleaner has so far saved me £420 :eek:so I bought me an iRobot vacuum cleaner (£300:eek:) which is fab, and worth every penny

anyhoo - hello from me, and since half term was a complete waste of time cleaning wise, I will crack on tomorrow morning.

Had a lovely surprise on Friday..when I came home from toddlers my OH had painted the fireplace wall and it looks great....he has now decided the other walls need painting and all the glossing needs doing too ...so nipped to town and got gloss today will have to get emulsion next week

Have done lots of flying bits today so that will help towards next week.

Thanks to pigpen, toots and soappie for keeping the thread going. I'm in again this week.

Target is to try hard, sticking to my new dailies list (in my diary - too long to post here) and completing at least level one in each room (+ a few extras).

I'll have to settle for posting just an update in the evenings this week and maybe read the last page of the thread, but not more.

Here goes:

Monday~ Kitchen of Grot and Dining Room of Gloom
Level One
Declutter and mop/vacuum the floors
Find and wipe the worksurfaces
Level Two
Wipe the big appliances and units.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe small appliances and replace.. do one thoroughly.. descale or decrumb or degunge!
Clear a sticky dishevelled cupboard
Level Three
Wipe the table and replace the cloth if necessary.
HHI
Clean the oven and hob..
Extras

1. Clean out the fridge.. make use of anything almost past its best
2. Wash the windows
3. Binbag dance
4. clean door deals, filters and detergent drawers!

Monday's extras:
Finish setting up calendar and diary
Phone Polar for missing trim and compare price with local garage
Decide on car tyre deals
Write to-do lists for DS1 and DS2

So my lists today are:
Feed the cat at least twice
Brush the cat
Sort and delete 20 emails (they seen to breed if left alone!)
reply to emails
Clean bathroom sink
Spray bleach on the bottoms of the shower curtains
Email R
Fill WM and put on
Ring Dawn

Extras

Write article for gardening site
prep dinner
water plants and polish leaves
check smoke alarms
post on GC
sort through the crate of doom
empty makeup case and sort

warm gentle to all who need or want them. Have a successful days flying!
