Eating/sightseeing ideas from Calais

Have booked a short break next month with express purpose of driving to Epernay to buy champagne. Tunnel to Calais then driving to Epernay and staying one night then next night driving back as far as Arras to stay before driving back to tunnel for return.
I've done this trip often but need some fresh ideas of
