Selling feedback is bad enough but selling it for over £10? The going rate is 1p!

I don't think that's what he intends.

No one is that desperate for feedback!

I suspect that there is a way to say you don't want it mailed, because he says "if", and the high postage costs are just to ensure that no one actually sends him on a trip to the post office (withou substantial reward).

The listing has now been removed but IIRC the listing was EUR 1 for a pic sent by e-mail and if you wanted a hard copy on disc then the postage would count. I'm sure he wasn't charging for postage unless you had the picture on disc.
