  • Hmmnn.. posted by a brand new poster... now why would I be thinking this is a self-interested troll just punting their company/employer/whatever...

Silly me to be so suspicious, I must of course be wrong...

    Cheers!

    Dear Lodger

So what If I am. Makes no difference to me whether this 'poster' wishes to sell (when they can!) or rent. However, I do find your comments unhelpful. If by renting, these people can cover these huge costs and end up with some surplus monies for themselves who we to poo poo the idea. By the way there are plenty of Letting Agents out there who can help, I just thought it would be helpful in their situation to approach someone who has a wealth of experience in the matter.

By the way, I suspect you were a brand new poster once upon a time. Hey ho, silly me to be so suspicious, I must of course be wrong...

    Cheers!
