Won item now seller not replying to my emails

I purchased a bag of clothes with tags on and won them on friday, have sent numerous emails to the seller but having no response. I think as the item sold quite cheap only £2.20 they are annoyed and not willing to send.
I know it has been half term etc but most people who list on ebay know when their items are ending and surely would ensure they are available, I am going on holiday next sunday so i ensure i dont have anything listed that will finish when i am away.

I know it is still quite soon but do you think that i could end up having just forgetting about the sale.

Please note it was collection only from my local town.
Thanks

You can't force them to sell to you. If I was you though I would now pay them via paypal (then they can't open a NPB dispute on you). Then on Friday if you still not heard just open an INR in paypal to get your money back and leave appropriate feedback and dsrs

Hi, I know a few sellers who try to keep their weekends free to spend time with their families. As the item finished on Friday, perhaps as cyberbob says, pay by paypal (you can send them a message witht he payment) and if you haven't heard from the seller, open a dispute after a week.

I agree, I would pay now by paypal and if nothing else that will get the seller to respond to you.

You only get 4 days to pay, so if you haven't already done so, pay with Paypal. (Otherwise you'll get a strike for not paying).

Ultimately, if they don't want to sell, they won't.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
