Not necessarily as the OP states they filed an NPB with eBay, if they didn't/don't reply to this then they won't be able to leave feedback for the OP. And to be fair, there is nothing the OP can do about the first buyer not paying, as they left it 7 days on this occassion.
Your 2nd post in this thread Soolin looked as though you believed there was only ever one auction for the phone, and that the seller had filed two second chance offers, this is not the case.Stuff Happens As Wave of Ambiguity Spreads:cool:0
