If you are out of contract with BT renew for 12 months on evening and weekend calls 12 month rolling contract their COT team could knock £2 off ur line rental so if you have paperfree billing, DD your monthly charge will be £9.25.

Would it possible for you to expand on this? How would someone go about maximising the possibility of obtaining a £2 reduction in line rental when talking to Customer Options?

Ah, I see. Phone. Tell them I've a telephone service only. Ask for a £24 discount. They give it it to me without a quibble. If only everything was so easy!

    Cheers.
