Large bathroom downlight replacement?

We have 3 1980's large downlights in our bathroom which need replacing as they are unsafe. The cut out hole for them is 100mm diameter, and they are in zone 1. Does anyone know of suitable replacement fittings for them, please?


Any suggestions of where to look gratefully received. Thanks.

Thanks Zax. The LED ones look interesting. They don't have a cut-out size, but I could give them a ring tomorrow.
