Do any of you guys use agnus castus? I've read that it can really help regulate hormones etc, but also that it can have an adverse effect on sex drive. Has anyone found this?

sleepytiger - I tried it on CD1 and 2 this cycle - both times had bad headaches
a few hours later. I was taking 500mg. After googling it does
appear that this can be a side effect. Decided to leave it this cycle
- just pregnacare with it's 10mg of B6, and then add 15 more mg B6 at OV
- just to replicate what I did last cycle as I got to 6DPO then. Dont wanna go backwards! lol
I think side effects arent that common though with Vitex / agnus castus.
Might brave it again if no joy in a few more cycles.

AF still here at CD6!! eek, i wanna get started and get to the 2WW again!!

I was starting to worry that your hopes would be getting too high, what with the cake list. As for the list, I still want my cake, but I suppose it would get squashed in the post. For you 2WWers here are my symptoms:
AF pain!!
Light pink bleed at 5dpo ish I think + sore boobs
Another pink bleed a few days ago and then tiny tiny bit of red spotting a few times.
Lips are VERY dry and chapped. I know some ladies said it's because of the weather but I haven't been out much and they are very bad:o

Isn't mother nature nasty???:rolleyes: It still feels like AF is on her way!!

Wow what fantastic news Smartie and Shelly. Thats a great way to start the week.

I am feeling very positive this month (that we will get lots of bfp's). Not so sure for myself but have my fingers crossed.

Am in the middle of 2ww and am trying not to make something out of nothing with any symptoms.

Thanks for the list of your symptoms Smartie i think it would be a good idea for when we get our bfp that we list any symptoms we had?

Any thoughts?

Sleepy I used Agnus Castus when we first started trying but taht was nearly 3 years ago. I have to say I have a very low sex drive anyway and didn't notice any difference.

Maddie good idea about the cakes although have to say I have to make a chocolate cola cake for work for thursday so can I do that one!

I'm cd 26 today and have no idea how many dpo due to no cbfm this month! Have to say though that have been having very sore nipples the past couple of days and quite often errect (sorry tmi!) but keep thinking it's just because it's so dammed cold!:rotfl:
