Am home as of yesterday with Thomas! Thank you for all congratulations! And big thank you to som for posting the news - I had a text from her Tuesday to see how things were and she mentioned you guys were asking for news, that was so lovely to hear especially as by then I'd been in hospital around 36 hours and getting really fed up.

elasti - huge hugs to you, as so many have said, I also can't imagine your anguish but here's hoping Harry is doing better and, if he's not already, he's home very soon.

beenie - you're still here so I am not going to post my induction birth story until you've had your little one but you can lots of these instead:

Woohoo Always glad to here you and lil man are home. Was in hospital for 28 hours and its not the most exciting place! Was actually on the same ward as the ladies who had been induced so know now that I'd like to avoid that if possible. To if this PG continues as is (like my mums with me and bro) then baby girl should be early.

Well was rudely awoken by a nose bleed this morning, not pleasant at all! And then just as it stopped sneezed! I'm not gonna go into details but not a pretty sight lol.

So am up now and watching baby stories, hopefully OH will rise and make me porridge if Im lucky.

Had a lovely meal out with Mum last night, such yummy food, tho a lil rich I think cos now have wind hehe, the joys of PG. Was good catching up and Mum loved her card from the bump :D She also told me her work allow something called carer days and she gets five so she will be able to coma as soon as baby makes an appearance which was good news. Tho she did say depending on how it goes and how long am in hospital she may come after am discharged so we can get settled and she'll have more time with us :D

Not going to yoga today for obvious reasons, real lazy day I think :D

Congrats always and lad you're finally home.

I am gonna emigrate so they can't induce me i think, suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurely nature will ake its course eventually and wouldn't keep baby in there if it wasn't safe to? I really want to refuse it, but then if something went wrong after i ignored their advice... pffft

Beenie, hon, it'll be fine no matter what happens! You still don't HAVE to be induced...you can tell them you want to be monitored and play it by ear...they can do scans to check for placenta health & the like to make sure baby is healthy inside. She's obviously just gotten very cosy in this cold weather! :) You also never know when you will go...could be any minute now! Sending huge labour vibes but also *stay postive* ones too. I'll try not to be a hypocrite and moan when I'm in the exact same situation!!!

    always, glad you're home, yay!!

DH had a dream that I started labor at 8:35 this evening. Wishful thinking!!

Beenie , labour vibes to you,

i watched a programme yesterday where the lady went 3 weeks over and still hada home birth , just said no to being induced , but the difference was she had one of those independant MW's so they came over a lot to check on bubs , but i'm sure if you say you dont want to be induced they wont , just ask theres no harm ,
but hopefully you will go before then , go and have some nice walks , and have some bouncing on your ball if you have one,
God i think i coming down with a cold , damn just what i need over xmas , also my poor face is so dry its sore
Dont forget that little Thanks button , only takes a sec
