MFD - if he is in 'bed' and not crying (that's how I read it anyway?) he is totally fine so leave him to nod off when he's ready xxx
Ed is now awake and just gave me the most beautiful look, I've not seen him look calm like that for days! (so I'm now crying over it)
He is usually stood up at the end of the bed laughing
Or crawling to the top of the bed to pick up a cuddly toy to throw out of the bottom of the bed
Or throwing his dummy at the door!!!
I will give it a go tonight, we have nothing to do tomorrow other than to take daddy to the hospital at lunchtime :cool:please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

Benjamin knocks the Tesco ones out of his mouth really easily - the pirate ones are kind of moulded to his face IYSWIM.
I paid £2.99 for 3 pirate ones yesterday though
Ed likes the tesco dummies but he's gone from refusing one to having whatever you give him
Bargain on the TT ones, where was that from?
Is that OH or your daddy? nothing bad I hope!0 -
Good morning all! Edgar sept for 6hrs straight :j seems him and his fellow luscious locked one (aka Caitlyn) knew we needed a rest!
He's asleep in my arms now after having to hold him tight with arms pinned down to get him off because he's still exhausted but was fighting it  Chris n I are coming down with the cold too so were kinda house bound, not going out in this weather when ill!My_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »Yum, yum, yum - Bacon Cheese and Mushroom Oatcake delivered to my desk
And I agree with Sami... If he's awake and happy then just leave him... He'll either lie down and settle himself off when he's ready, or he'll have a little whinge and then settle for you when you go in... I don't know about you, but sometimes I like to just lie in bed awake for a few minutes and just make the most of the fact that there's nobody around going on at me... (then I get to sleep real quick before Dave's loud snoring starts )
Anyway... Going to jump in the shower seeing as madame is still sleeping... She'll probably wake up as soon as I do!
Oh, and for the books, I'm definitely team Jacob... But it's all about Edward in the films....:DA very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Happy Birthday 3, XXX.
Yeah for poops, boo for colds!!!
Hello MOTM.
Glad Edgar slept last night and I'm instantly hungry 'cos of MFD's morning snack.
Well I said I would deal with Maddy sleeing with me and 3 days into trying she slept 9hrs in her cot last night! :T I just had to keep my hand close to hers through the bars. :cool:Too many children, too little time!!!0 -
I'm baby free! (:() I was in the kitchen making brekkie, heard a noise (on the tv, it turns out) and dashed back to check Rhys was okay... the same Rhys who'd left ten minutes earlier with my mum!
Enjoying a hot cuppa now and going to open all the post she's brought me - so much still delivered to their house! - then get dressed and off into town0 -
Thanks hun x

Sainsburys....I am sure they were under £3 (although I am doubting myself now!) There was definitely 3 of them though
Hubby - he had an accident before we got together (nearly cut himself in half with high pressure water) and they had to open him up. Where they stitched his stomach together he has a funny lump and the doc now thinks that it is a minimum of 4 hernias!! So he is off to the consultant tomorrow to see about getting them sorted.
So we have a family lie-in followed by a family lunch and maybe even some shopping
Edit - LOL at anyone hankering for oatcakes!
Yay for baby free days Elle - enjoy yourselfIt is good for grandparents and baby to bond without mummy (or daddy) interfering

Have you made a list Elle?
HUGE list!Constantly adding to it but I bet I come home having forgotten quite a bit of it.. Hopefully I'll remember at least all the part-presents then I can put them together with what I've already got and get some finished, iyswim.
I'm feeling quite faint and woozy this morning. Almost fainted when I got up in the night, had to sit with my head between my kneesThink it might just be cos I didn't have a lot to eat yesterday.. Best have more toast!
