When I swapped to a rear facing I certainly talked to DD more - yes I am the mad woman walking down the road singing nursery rhymes to my DD whilst she giggles at me.

She's all awake now in the carry cot of the twister and I don't want to miss out on that when she outgrows the carrycot (8cm and counting). we did a bit about the parent facing stuff at college as part of child development.astonsmummy wrote: »how muc is the covwer?
Think it was £15, £20 tops but the cheapest place for a screen replacement or hinge replacement is £40 and we have had both.0 -
OK lovelies, my dishes are done, stuff is sterilising for tomorrow and I'm about to go and finish the final packing bits. I have a complete change of clothes, Molly has about four, and Husband has a pile of socks, a pair of undercrackers and a spare shirt. We're testing "fully BF baby and professional mama at a conference" - preliminary snag already averted when we called the hotel to make sure they had a microwave/kettle/baby bed for our use and it turns out the publishers booked me a single room

My poor baby just fell forward with one of her stacking cups in her mouth... She made the roof of her mouth bleed
She cried a bit and then shouted a lot after so it must have really hurt... I don't think I helped matters when I then had to fish a bit of dried up orange peel out of her mouth... I must have more words with Aimee about dropping things on the carpet! Not that it will do any good!
