    ohhhhh,
the main thaing is you had fun, but dont rush into the whole christmas thing if you are not ready. But at 28 and she knows you have 7 girls and she is still interested, then I would be a very happy boy if I were you right now !!
Really glad it went well xx

Forgot to say, she's fine about the girls and really wants to get to know them. She's a sensible girl, not a party animal, so I think she'll enjoy the girls and I think they will enjoy her.

drop dead fred YAY!!! .. sorry love this film :D x

Going back a bit - but its my favorite, snot face! :D

I have a poorly baby :( We have been having mega up-chuckingness this afternoon. I have had to change my outfit 4 times - once including my knickers  and Benjamin has gone through 3 sleepsuits.

Oh MFD - Hugs to Benjamin - I do hope he hasn't got 'the bug'!
I found keeping a towel across my knees, and sitting her up, leaned over my knees was the best, least messy position for chucking up! :o

MOTM Sounds good! :D After all of your worrying, you did fine!

Busy day of ironing here , plus writing out OH's resignation letter :T to be handed in tomorrow, and my request for a career break! :T

I meant to ask loads of times for your opinions, but have since come to my own decision. DS came home on Friday with a letter offering the swine flu vaccine. Apparently all special school children are being offered now - vaccination to be done on Tuesday.

Anyhows, after hours of trying to decide, I've ticked the box that he's not to have it.

I understand that they've offered it to special school children as many/most children in his school also have underlying health issues. But, apart from his Autism/learning difficulties, he's a perfectly healthy 12 year old - so I don't think that the vaccine is necessary. Is anyone with me?

ETA: Well that killed the thread! :o

I'm off to bed - some of us have to go to work tomorrow! But not for long. :D

Only because the young lady is a gem :o

Does OH work with you? I know you said what you did, but is he in the same job?

What are the effects on someone who doesn't need it? Personally, if my lot were offered, which they haven't been as they have no health issues, i'd probably want them to have it if it does no harm.

However, he's your son, and you'll do right by him no matter what you decide.

I'm unsure about the swine flu vaccine too.

My lot are really fit and healthy with no underlying health problems, and they are rarely ill. If they do catch swine flu, I think it wouldn't be too serious and they would recover quickly.

I need to read up more on the vaccine to make sure it's safe in my head before I consider it, in the same way that I read the MMR articles before allowing Charlotte to have it.
Here I go again on my own....

Luckily I don't have to make a decision on the swine flu vaccine as Andrew is too young. He's having most of his jabs (jags!) but I'm really not sure about this one.
