Hmmmm - managed to read back a bit but then ended up sprinting upstairs when Benjamin stirred. Managed to keep another vomiting episode out of his cot but another change of top for me. How on earth do you hold your baby and let them be sick?? I think I must be being very stupid :o
I have perfected the sick thing with Ed now  the trick is have a good absorbent towel over your shoulder and a bucket/ potty/sink close by, I hold him under the arms so all the sick goes straight into the bucket/potty/sink

speaking of sick, I gave Ed a roast pot at tea but it made him gag and do a little sick because as soon as he sucked it all the inside bit came out and sort of stuck on his tongue :o

No work for me tomorrow, thank god. I think I will be cancelling our consultant appointment at the hospital too - they will refuse to discharge Benjamin again if he has lost weight.
he has good timing your boy doesnt he! isnt this what happened last time, he got ill just before his appointment and lost weight?

 is it really that bad that often?? i can honestly say so far seth has only ever been *really* sick once, when he was ill with his last cold and i laid him in the cot after having a bottle, he coughed and it went up and over the top of his head and in his eyes, poor love!
if thats as bad as some of them get, i am doubly thankful that seth's reflux was only big dribbles :o

He doesn't even have reflux lol I think he has a sensitive gag reflex, sometimes he gags on my boob before anythings coming out!

I have emetophobia, fear of vomit. I'm not too bad about me being sick after hyperemesis with DS2. Can just manage to deal with the kids, though DS1 is getting older and freaking me out when he is sick, thankfully he manages to get to the loo. But I am in there with bleach and disinfectant afterwards with gloves and a flamin scarf over my mouth! Then everything gets binned, gloves, scarf the lot! DS2 is sick about 3 nights out of 7 during the night. I really really hate it.
