Disneyland paris payment processing?

Hi,

On Monday (26th) I booked online to go to disney paris in December. (I booked via the flybe winter offer which saved us quite a few hundred pounds:j).

On the night i booked i got my receipt to my email and then the next day received my booking confirmation letter from disney via email (the page we have to show at the hotel to check in).

I was just wondering how long others have found the payment has taken to go from their account? Initially, for 2 days the amount was pending because the available balance had reduced on my current account but since then that pending amount has been freed again on my account and no payment has been taken out

Obviously I can ring them next week to check if the money still hasnt gone out but wondered if anyone else had noticed such a long delay between paying online and the payment being taken? I paid on my visa debit card for my current account.

I think it took Disney 8 days to take mine from my bank account.

Don't worry it will come out, they can be very slow. I have known for people to have the money taken from their bank then put back in before it finally being taken for good.

Thanks, that's very reassuring.

I just have to keep reminding myself that I am £850 down on what my balance looks:eek: like so hope it goes out soon!

that jhappened to me last week...it took the money the day i booked then it got put back in 5 days later but was finely taken today and registered on my account
it was so hard to not be tempted by spending the money lol

ours took a week to clear, so it looks quite normal.
