  • Right knees hurt, hearing still not right and I cream crackered. Not helped by a very stressful day at work

Yesterday I spent £2 on food at work and £6 on drinks at the gig. Today another £1 at canteen at work and £3 on lunch. Total £12. I have £10 in my bank account and £7.50 in my purse which leaves £3 magically unaccount for:confused: so total of £15 including magic disappearing money.

F_F like the bag I didn't realise the ones from Monsoon were that cheap or is that on sale? In my head it is an expensive shop but then it probably isn't. I recently found this out about Zara.

Accessorize tends to go from £25 for smaller bags to upwards of £60 for the really nice ones, so not too bad for bags really. The clothes are hellish though. I found the Coat That Dreams Are Made Of yesterday and it was £160 :o
  • i forgot to post after i said £15 last week it must be the excitement of saving £8 64p so i will say £15 again this week and pray,
  • £5.75 for me yesterday and a NSD today as I left my purse at home. Only done that once before and it felt kind of odd.
  • Evening all

Just popped on for a rant, at myself, i'm so angry with myself, i've just realised i've missed a payment on my CC by ONE DAY. I haven't made a late payment in so many years. i'm not even angry with the fact i've been charged but that it'll be in my credit report.:mad::mad:

I know it's only 1 payment out of so many and it'll never happen again but i can't believe it. you won't even believe how many times i 'remind' aka nag my hubby to make his payments on time.

    :mad::mad:

    right rant over.

    Hope everyone else is ok.

  • ETO, that blows. I'm really sorry to hear about your unfortunate missed payment. I have no advice, but offer hugs instead.

I have to confess £3.20 from my £10 budget on a mocha and a cake with my best friend today. Nearly fell off my chair when told the price. I'm making her go to cheaper cafes from now on! :D

Can hopefully make it through NSD's tomorrow and Friday though to reign the spending back in.

    How is everyone else doing?

I've blown it again this week - apparently being healthy and spending money go hand in hand with me :rotfl:

    NSD 4 and 4 in a row
  • Hi everyone

Started off well with a NSD on Monday.

Then spent £2.20 on a baked potato at work and £11.38 on cigarettes on Tuesday.

Had another NSD today. Spent £12.32 on groceries but am not counting that as it comes out of my grocery budget. So that's £26.42 left for the week. So hope I make it, gonna try really hard!

    Cheers

PS Want to give up smoking again soon, but due to very serious family problems and a huge family trauma in June (which is when I started again after 2 years being smoke free) I don't feel able to cope with that right now.
