Ikea Tundra Laminate floor

Options
Im very very skint but have just enough on my 0% barclaycard to get laminate put down in my living room and hall. It really needs doing coz the carpet is UGLY 70's brown swirly horridness.

So ive been looking round and the Tundra Ikea range looks quite nice. I know you get what you pay for but is it really really rubbish or does it look ok and will it last for say 5 yrs. I dont have children, just me and my boyf and 2 small dogs.

Should i bother or not?

I dont know how much longer i can stand this pukey carpet:eek:

Is there a better quality one for a similar price?
Also do i buy the roll of underlay or the tile thingys that they do in ikea?

we got enough wood flooring to do our kitchen by going to the barfin corner and picked up 30 pieces for 10p each it seems very good and has survived the od droped knife plate etc. It does depend on how well it is laid any small gaps between sheets will chip and peel over time. Take extra care at the laying stage and it will be money well spent. also if you are in the notts area try
