Hi can I join as well please. I've been doing an unofficial PAD but I think by declaring it I may even do it every day.
£2 for me today please0 -
When I first hinted last summer at doing half a million in a year, I didn't think it was actually possible. Now that new members are joining weekly, maybe, just maybe it can happen. I'm afraid that I am on minimum payment plus just a tiny bit - though those minimum payments do feel fairly substantial.
Anyway, I'm not much help today with my 1pbut some days it's more about keeping in the habit of paying rather than the actual amount.

Hello everybody today, oooh a new month! My pad £1.00 today, I just wanted to say that even though I am saving:rolleyes: in my pad, I do have debts of approx £4k, but last year I was doing my pad and it was going towards paying off a credit card (I already have a standing order taking money out to 3 debts every month), but the cc I was adding the pad to kept ringing me up and asking for more money!! So I have decided not to pay extra on my debts, but to try and save instead - maybe a new tv or as an emergency fund. At least this way I don't have people constantly ringing me and asking for more money:o. (Most of my debts are interest free, but I do still have a credit card that I use......................old habits die hard)KEEP CALM AND keep taking the tablets :cool2:0

Hi everyone! Nice to see a new shiny thread, cheers FF.
Can't believe how close the half mill we are, thats amazing! Well done everybody. Hopefully we can manage 50k each in November and December, come on everyone get padding! Although it is nearly Christmas which is always a nice little money sink isn't it . I'm proud to say though, I've already done quite a bit of xmas shopping so I haven't got too much left to spend on it.
I'm going to start of my November pads with £7 please. I'm going to do last months trick of paying a big lump sum at the start of the month, but splitting the payments through the month and adding to it when I can. It worked last month because I didn't have it sitting in my bank account tempting me to spend it instead of pad it!
Have a nice sunday everyone, I'm trying rather unsuccessfully to get some work done but it's not really happening. If you see my green light on after 1pm, slap me!
