I'm sorry this is not related to ebay or auctions, but I feel the people on this forum are experts regarding paypal.
I have bought an item from a US site using paypal and I still haven't received the item. Almost a month ago now. Can I do an item not received claim as if it were on ebay?
I have not received an item on ebay too, could be making two claims at the same time :mad: damn postal services.

Yes you can start a chargeback, but do it quickly as you only have 45 days in which to start it.

Even on ebay if you have bought via paypal then you have 45 days to start the paypal claim. It isn't worth doing an ebay claim instead as that costs £15.
