MP3 Phone Ring Tones - How to Create

My new mobile phone plays mp3 files so I want to download some of my mp3 tracks to my phone to use for ring tones. Does anyone know how I can "crop" an mp3 file so that I can get say the chorus as a ring tone?

Well select one then!

Mirrors are just alternative server locations where the software can be downloaded from.
