Hello,
I couldn't find a more appropriate forum for this question, but can the admin please move it to a better one if there is.

I am planning to move from East London to South London and have less than 200 cubic feet to move. I wonder what sort of fees should I expect.

Best bet, I would of thought, is to look for a 'man with a van' rather than a professional movers. Don't know how much they would charge in London, but I would guess a lot more than the £50-£100 per day they charge up north.

Alternatively just check out a few removals people on line. Most allow you to get an online quote by listing all items room by room and the postcode from and to.

The cube root of 200 is less than 6. So your load would fit into a Transit sized van. A man with a van should be able to cope OK. Especially if you can provide some help yourself. I Googled "Man with a van-London" It came up with pages of contacts.
