Help with Canadian address

I've got a Canadian buyer, and their address is "#101 2711 112 Street" and then goes town, state, Canada. Does that look right? It looks weird to me, but I've never had a Canadian buyer before.

I would have thought it should be 101-2711 though, could be wrong.

I'm not sure if you know but when mailing to Canada, they specify that the return address should be in the top left hand corner on the front of the parcel. I'm sure that's right.

This is quite possibly right and would be the equivalent of
    Flat 101, #2711 112th Street

You can double check it here:

Putting sender details at top left is critical since Canadian Customs are very strict. They will return the item to sender if details not written in top left, EVEN if the sender details are on the back! Also, try to make your customs declaration clear and accurate to minimise delays for this country.

Make sure that you include your name as well as your address. I had a package returned because it only had my address on it. They are *very* picky.
