M&S deliveries

Options
Does anyone know what courier M&S use for delivery (clothes)?

They sent me an e-mail saying my delivery would be between 7.30 am and 7.30pm, so I got up at 7.30 just to be on the safe side, although I didn't really expect them that early...

Anyway I have been waiting and waiting, but I could really do with going in the bath, and to the shops to get a paper. However, what's the betting that the moment I do either of these things, they will turn up at the door?

Just wondering if they really deliver as late as 7.30 because I really don't want to have to wait that long before I have a bath.

*sigh*

Still no sign...at least I have plenty of food in the house, and all my housework is done, as I am so bored!

If I were you I would check any wheelie bins etc cos the HDN who deliver to us leave em in there or check the online tracker to see if it says delivered.

I placed 2 orders within a day of each other-1 came by HDN, the other by royal mail. just asked my dh as he works for HDN and it may be coming monday as saturdays are mainly for items which are classed as time critical (ie paid extra for del on saturday) then the drivers 'top up' with other items which could wait til the monday until they've reached their target. You could always call HDN on monday and see if you can collect it before your hols if that is poss? But call early as drivers start around 6am so you wouldn't want to being loaded onto a van before you've called. hth.xx

sorry ive just realised youve paid for a nominated del day-HDN should have delivered it if it is with them but like i said i got 1 parcel (clothes for the little ones) from royal mail and toys from HDN.
  • Ordered 3 items from M&S and paid extra for it to be delivered on a certain day(wednesday) , one item arrived on that day so called M&S they refunded delivery charge and said other 2 will arrive soon , so far no sign of other 2 !! tracking says parcel data recieved . Phoning M&S monday , no longer need the other 2 items as they was for a party.

Yeah, I paid extra for delivery today. We are off on Monday quite early, I don't know where their depot is and I don't have a car anyway.

Hopefully it might be in stock at their shop tomorrow, but it wasn't in the week, which is why I ordered it.
  • Fingers crossed the shop has it for you-have a fab holiday.xx
