If you ordered an item and when it was delivered there were two of them do you let the retailer know or wait for them to contact you?

Happened this week with an eBay purchase. Let the seller know and he thanked me for my honesty and told me to keep the extra as by the time he paid for it to be returned his profit would be gone. Works for me!0
