Egg Money account

Hi, I have an Egg Money Card. My last bill was produced on 09/10/09 and had a balance of £25.77. Egg should take out full payment from my bank account.

After 9th Nove, I had refunds totalling £21.88 so Egg has only taken out £3.89 bu direct debit.

Now I am getting missed calls from Egg collection. I have rang them and they told me everything is in order and refunds has covered the full payment needed. An hour later, I get a text message saying to login to Egg website, an urgent message is waiting for me.

I logged in and says, my payment is ovedue - contact Egg collection. Rnag again, a gentlement told not to worry it was sent in error - account is uptd.

I am abit worried because I gave my card details out and should be expecting some purchase to go through tottaling £400.

Also do you think they will charge me late payments or int on my next statement because of there fault?

refunds count towards payments on egg.
Furthermore it's their responsibility to take the correct amount by DD.

These are just errors in automated systems so I wouldn't worry.

Yeah, egg are beggars for contacting you over anything even slightly unusual. I feel I know most of the egg staff personally, I talk to them so much! Nice people though, so it's no big deal.
