Sainsburys Credit Card

I have just applied online for a sainsburys credit card and applied to do a balance transfer from my existing first direct card for £2700. The application does say an instant decision. Mine just said you will hear from us in 10 days. Does this now mean my application will be refused ? Has anyone else had this experience.

    Perhaps it means its a borderline decision so it going to be reviewed by a person before a decision is made rather than an automatic decision by a piece of software.
    When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

    0% for 12 months then 19.9% so i am well pleased less apr than my current one
