You have drawn on an overdraft provided by the bank and they of course are very happy because you can obviosly afford to pay their charges in respect of this. This is a very common situation and there are lots of people who use bank overdafts right up to their limit and end up paying massive charges for years and years. You have absolutely no right to complain but a loan to repay the overdraft at a much lower rate than the overdarft charges would seem like a good idea, assuming you don't want to affect your credit rating.
