I have just done a search under my postcode and found someone who lives across the road from me who went bankrupt after me this year. It's weird! to think that you never know who is and who isn't BR even if you pass them in the street lol!

I did that too Don, and there where 4 people  who live by me.
There are only about 60 Hoses/flats here where I live (just goes to show it's more common than you think)

  • Hi all,

    Computer went down again!!

    Ive finally found myself:D!

I have noticed a slight error in my name on there but have checked my original BR documentation and all is 100% correct on there so it must be a clerical error when it was being typed up at the gazette.
I dont think it is a big deal anyway??

Ive also found numerous other people who live in the same appartment block as me!!!
My neighbour on the floor above went BR last year and a girl I know who lives in the next block also went BR earlier this year.
I havent mentioned this at all to her because I think she would not be very pleased and would possibly think that ive been snooping around?!!
The records go back to the late 80's!!

I find this VERY worrying that I can just type a postcode and get everybody's information!!

I think there should be tighter controls on who can access this kind of sensitive information.

Im shocked by this to be honest!
