Competition entries from BFPO

Anyone tried to enter some of the competitions listed here from a BFPO address?
A lot of the competition terms and conditions say you need to be resident in the UK but it's a bit of a grey area for us - although we don't actually live in the UK we still pay UK tax (even council tax!) and get stuff like child benefit so are we counted as a UK resident or not??
(Not that I ever win anything anyway so it's probably irrelevant!!) :rolleyes:

Should have added we are not allowed to play the Lottery as we don't live in UK anymore....don't check my numbers now just in case.....!!!0

I have entered some before, but always put my mum's name and address..
I have found some though that regonised my IP address wasn't in the uk so wouldnt even let me go onto the quiz..0 -

I dunno about not being able to play the lottery tho, we still played online when we lived in germany and had no problems. I found some comps would kick you off but others let you enter without problem ...
