Family christmas ideas (<5 hour flight time)

Hi,
Hope you can help me...
2 x 50+ and 2 x 20something (all family) looking to go away somewhere warm for Christmas full board or all inc, hopefully not more than £750 each for around a week with flexible dates to include christmas day.
Old man doesn't like long flights so under 5 hours would be nice but if not we can spend an hour in the bar before take off
, bit old fashioned and not well travelled so some local english speakers would help them out.
We're located in Ascot, Berkshire so LGR, LGW, STN, LTN or SOU would be fine to depart from (LHR ideally)
Would be nice to have 'british' christmas dinner on the 25th but not a deal breaker.
Anyone got any recommendations?
