£3 on coffee, milk and chocolate
That was actually much more than the 0 I mean to spend - oops!
never mind will be extra good tomorrow and I did manage to resist buying stuff from sainsburys and some books from borders so I still feel even (with my MSE self) :cool:0 -
Spent £35 in Asda today. Had horrible stupid argument with BF, he was moaning about me not actually buying any food, even though I knew what I wanted to get and had a mental list!
So I thought I'd got more than enough for the week plus £3 on HUGE box of washing powder (rollback price) which should last for at least two months, especially since I've adopted idea from OS to make it stretch further!
Mental note, not to ask BF for lift to Asda, more hassle than its worth!!
Aim for no spend day tommorrow!Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
OMG!!! Guess what?????????
I saw MARTIN and his girlfriend today walking up Oxford Street, but I'm kicking myself cos I didn't have the guts to go up to him and say hello (and kiss his feet)!! I walked past him - can't believe how sad I am
Anyways, after my shock, I spent £20 on two football shirts for my boys and then we had one of those buffet meals in Pizza Hut (for 5 of us). Paid £3 in bus fares.Mortgage-free wannabe!0 -

Hubby spent £32 at tesco but has made lots and lots of curry to last the month and he took the children with him when he went shopping! It was worth the money to be child free during half term and have someone else cook!January budget
