Truprint not tracking on TopCashBack

I am really annoyed as I placed two quite big orders withTruprint worth in total about £100+ via TopCashback (who I think are great by the way normally) but Truprint has not tracked it and don't seem interested in helping,
I have used Kodak and Photobox and Vistaprint via Topcashback and they are all good as gold...
Vent over - anyway I won't be using Truprint again!
