Trains from London to Salisbury

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if the trains from London to Salisbury have "meaningful" first class - ie. is it just like standard class but in a different part of the train or do you get extra things as well? My husband is going there for work (which will pay for a first class ticket) and we are trying to work out if it's worth forking out for a first class ticket for me to go with him or just to go standard class.

Not meaningful at all in my opinion, yes it is a seperate section, with slightly more comfortable seats, slight recline and a power socket to charge your phone/laptop. No free refreshments or anything else though as far as I know.0
