hot diamonds - fantastic customer service!

I posted a few weeks ago asking advice about a Hot Diamonds ring when the stone fell out, but I had lost the receipt..
Anyway, after a few emails they agreed I could return it & within 2 days they had sent me a brand new ring, no questions asked!! :j
never received such fantastic customer service from a company before (ps I am in no way related to the company, just wanted to share fantastic customer service, as not many people write about it nowadays!)
