18185 bill payment problem

18185 tried to get money from my account for last month's bill. The payment failed because I didn't have enough in the account.
When I had the money, I transferred it to their account, but made the transaction as a transfer not a bill payment, so I didn't put my account reference number.
Mynext bill is due on November 2nd and I fear 18185 will take last month's and this month's bill leaving me even more out of pocket. I've contacted my bank who say they can't do anything (they're useless) and 18185 are (of course) uncontactable (I've emailed them and had no reply).
What can I do so I don't end up having paid twice?

Heinz can't you even give me any guidance?0 -
Not really, that's a pretty unique situation really.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

18185 have stopped my service now, so obviously they've tried to get money from me again and failed...
If they were contactable it wouldn't be a problem.0 -
Try contacting them with details of the payment you have made0
