PPI Reclaim Advice Please

Hi Everybody,
I was wondering if someone could please give me some advice on my PPI reclaim.
I have an outstanding loan for 5 year (which I am 2 years in to) with with the Alliance & Leicester, whom I spoke to advising that I may have been miss-sold my PPI. 4 days later I received a letter from the A & L offering me a refund representing the payments made in respect of the PPI with a breakdown of their offer. I am not sure if there offer is accurate to what I have already paid. Should I refuse this first offer? If I do this and they find their calculations to be correct can they re-tract this offer?
Many thanks for all your help with this.

Hi Dexter and welcome.;)
I would double check on this, ask them to send you a detailed written breakdown, they should post them out to you on request.
Good luck and please let us know how you get on.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
