Very aprehensive dont know ?

First of thanks to all you guys n dolls im finally standing up and wanting to claim back wots rightfully mine so i sent a PPI claim to my bank with a letter from this site now today ive getn a reply saying

They sent a letter along these lines I am sorry to learn that you are dissatisfied with the service you recieved.We take all complaints from customers serious bla bla
In order to assist us with investigation i would be gratefull if you could complete the enclosed document and send it back to us.

Now the document is a questionaire with questions like loan details how much etc .
my circumstances at the time of advice i,e employment etc then a massive page on my recollection of the meeting asking what paperwork etc i recieved and why do i feel i was missold,,,


So has anyone else had this from yorkshire bank and what happened when they filled this in ,,,Im jsut scared something will go wrong when i write this back to them like there trying to trick me or something??
Any help and advice greatly recieved.

Hello there and wishing you luck with this.;)

It now seems to be a standard procedure with these questionnaires, I'm practically reading everyday on here now about these forms.

However, if the loan is still active in my opinion they should still hold the information on you, you can (if you want to) ask them to refer to your letter as you already given your reasons on there, or tell them you are aware they should still hold the details on you from when this was sold to you on XX/XX/XXXX.

If you do complete the form, then do so at the best of your knowledge, and of course as I stated above, tell them to refer to your letter, they still have 8 weeks from the date of your letter to respond in full.

Many say its like a stalling tactic, good luck with this and please keep us posted.;)
