Possible Pay Pal chargeback/scams

I have sold me car on Ebay for £2k. Great. The buyer has 170 positive feedback and paid by Pay Pal. Payment has cleared into my Pay Pal account.
Is there anything I need to look out for, is there any way I can be scammed before I hand over keys?
My only worry would be a possible chargeback claim...
I just want to be totally certain.

You can avoid a Paypal scam by taking cash on collection (cars are the only category where Paypal's not enforced by ebay).
Common practice is to take a Paypal deposit, then refund the deposit while the buyer's there and take the full amount in cash.Back on MSE after a 5 year hiatus.

Don't take paypal on a cash on collection especially not for that amount:eek::eek::eek:0

Vehicles are excluded from Paypal buyer and seller protection so your buyer would not be able to do a Paypal claim for item not received or not as described. I'm not sure about a credit card chargeback though.
It would be far better to ask your buyer to pay cash on collection when they have inspected the vehicle and are happy with it - you'll also avoid hefty Paypal fees.0 -
thanks, actually everything worked out fine. Buyer happy, I'm happy, though not with absurbly high paypal costs (66 quid!!)0
