Not sure if posting this in the correct place or not but i really do need some advise. Ive recently had my card used fraud gently and my bank have offered me I D Aware (lloyds tsb) for £6.99 a month. This covers me only not me and my husband. They use callcredit. Which would be best to use this I D Aware or Expirian? I really want to get one. (have had expirian on free trials in the past) But never got notified if any one looked at my report and seem to have to pay every time i wanted to look at my credit score:mad:. I D Aware you look at any time at no extra cost:T Any advise please????
Things will get better day by day.

Doesn't seem to offer anything to prevent fraudulent card use, and nothing to sort it out if it does happen.
What's the use of it?

You might be better to put CIFAS Protective Registration on your credit file. It's £12+vat a year.0

Even better and a lot cheaper than CIFAS Protective Regiistration and (Free To Enrol into) is Free ID Protection.
If fraud is committed on your card, or cards you should be covered, unless your've been careless with your PIN. If this is the case I D Secure wont pay out (ask them).
To reduce personal risk, you might consider replacing your CHIP & PIN Credit cards with CHIP & SIGNATURE.0
