Transfer Credit Card Ownership

Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to transfer ownership of a credit card debt to a company or another person. My credit cards are high and it is all expenses I incurred doing my job, now my bill is so high that my company make all the repayments, but they are only making minimum payments. I want to know if I can legally transfer the credit card to the company or the managing Director.

but you can ask them to pay the debt in full and refuse to run up any more debt on the card.

It sounds like you're funding your MD's company. What would happen if you lost your job?

If you're incurring expenses, then it's not unreasonable that he pays you the expenses. However you choose to fund the expenses in the interim should not be his concern.

It sounds incredibly unprofessional, and I would never expect any of my employees to do that. I either give them a company charge card (which is cleared automatically each month) or pay expenses within a few days of having the receipts submitted.
