I need a a complaint address for LG

I need an address or an email to complain to in regards to our LG fridge STILL!. I have complained on the phone after being told a manager is unavailable twice..have emailed and had no responce and the lady on the phone has too but nothing. Tommorow i am on the warpath again and sick of being fobbed off but would like somewhere else to start too..thanks

As i was saying before the forum had a funny moment....

I have an escalation email contact for LG (or rather, the company they outsource their repairs to), but it's on the computer at work. If it's not retailer-specific, I'll find it for you, but it may be a couple of days away as I'm not in until Saturday

Lemongrove the contact sheet i have done twice and had no responce at all thanks anyway!
well i have just rung and gone mad..amazingly they have got an uplift code and have 'kindly ' given it me over the phone even though i should have waited for the letter grr..i was then told to ring currys and deal with them as it is now out of LG's hands..if the fridge we have is not available anymore we will have to have whatever..i said no to this as spent weeks choosing it and demand the same fridge somehow....so i ring currys and speak to a lovely helpful man who as sorted out a collection, a delivery on the same day..the stair issue we have should have been mentioned and a forklift truck coming too so it is not left on the doorstep again! etc etc..they will ring me tomorrow with a date for all this..if this is all right and goes ok i will eat my hat!!
Although i should be glad of a new shiny fridge i am dreading the thought of getting it in again etc still has to be done. Will know more tomorrow!
