Apologies if this is already somewhere in the hundreds of BC threads on here.
I've just been online to check the DD for this month, and instead of the Statement Amount it looks like it's set up to be the FULL amount owing - nearly double!!
I'm currently assured by BC that this is an error on the web site and that the correct amount will be taken and that I'll be re-imbursed if not - ensured I got the chap's name and noted date/time of discussion. Will be claiming the Bank Charges back from BC if he's wrong!
Worth checking what your DD amount is for this month and challenging them - if enough people do maybe they'll sort their site out.

Yes - I had the same problem. The correct amount was taken though.
It's now displaying the opposite problem - next month's DD is very LOW - I think just my actual spend in the last 2 or 3 days.... Sounds like they've tried to sort it out and failed.
Getting in touch with them is difficult though - choice of an expensive phone call or nothing, as the secure e-mail doesn't work either0 -
It is an error. Mine DD amount kept going up on the website but come the DD date only the last statement amount was takenKavanne

The actual DDs still work as they should, but the amount displayed on the website is screwy. I've spoken to Barclaycard about this and they acknowledge it as a known problem with their new site.0
