hi all. motorcyclists whatever you do never purchase anything from this internet firm bikerite.co.uk or from the ebay shop bikerite-shop.
they promise a pleasent internet shopping experience but mine has been a complete nightmare.
11 oct i ordered a crash helmet from the internet shop, same day they took payment and the only confirmation i have is the protox reciept and heard nothing from bikerite since.
i have tried emailing daily but they never reply and have written twice and still no response and if you call their dedicated customer service line all you get 24 hours a day is an answerphone, all i want to know is an expected delivery date and i cannot even cancel the contract as within the distant selling regulations if you cannot contact the to cancel. now i know they have 30 days of payment to deliver goods but to not even acknowledge an or is IMO very poor customer service.
YOU HAVE BE WARNED!!!!!!

Update. 20 days and still no confirmation of my order from the cowboy that runs this firm, both numbers for them are still on answerfone permanantly and ive never had any reply from either of the two emails the give either and writing had no reply either.. they take your money straight away and never confirm your order. so mr WILL BENZIE you have been named and shamed. i will try and get my money back doing a CC chargeback and trading standard will be informed. just a suggestion, change your website to bikeshyte.co.uk.
