My daughter has an RSPCA MBNA card which she put her partners car repairs on but now wants to get a new card to balance transfer it too.
Which cards could she apply for to be able to BT please?

Depends how good her credit rating is really.
Is she in a stable job, been with her bank and employer for a long time, and held credit accounts for a long time, with no missed payments or defaults?
If so, she should be eligible for any high street balance transfer deals, although not any by MBNA / Virgin.
It might be worth trying for Egg, they have good transfer deals, either them or Barclaycard, if she doesn't already hold one -
Barclaycard have a very useful tool in fact if she goes to their website she can do a "Pre application check" which does a 'soft' credit check, advises what she might be eligible for, without leaving a credit search footprint.
Good luck, and keep us posted
